How our forms work
The forms on this website do not send or store anything. When you press submit, your own email app opens a message to sylc@senergyltd.uk. Your email provider handles that message under its own terms, and we receive it in Senergy’s business mailbox.
Cookies and website logs
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, pages requested and time, for security.
Who can see your data
Only the people who need it: SYLC fellows, the President and Vice President, the officers involved in selection or in running your activity, and the companies that host our email and website for us. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing, and we do not pass it to Senergy’s ventures or partners without telling you first. Please do not put health or other sensitive information in an application; if you need an adjustment, for example for an interview, tell us and we will use that information only to make the adjustment.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to send it to you in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Email sylc@senergyltd.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first; you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
