An MSc Biomedical Engineering candidate at the University of Glasgow and a Biomedical Sciences graduate of Brunel University London. Ali brings a strong foundation in clinical science and engineering to bridge healthcare innovation and practical application, and leads the club’s strategy, external relations and growth.
Vice President · first holder
A BSc Business Analytics student at the University of Southampton specialising in data-driven financial decision-making and strategic modelling. Sanli leads on AI and innovation and runs the club’s day-to-day operations.
Chairman of SYLC · Co-founder
Managing Director of Senergy. A reservoir engineering leader with nearly two decades of experience optimising complex global assets through advanced simulation and subsurface management, integrating data analytics and machine learning into field development and technical mentorship. Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Glasgow and a member of the SPE Reservoirs Directorate Committee.

Co-founder and Chairman of Senergy, SPE Board Member and Reservoir Technical Director. More than 25 years leading upstream and energy-transition work in CCUS, hydrogen and digital transformation across Asia, the Middle East and the North Sea; adjunct and visiting professor at Adelaide University and Imperial College London.

Technical Director of Senergy and a principal geologist with more than 25 years of international upstream experience, from exploration geology to full-field developments. PhD in sedimentology, MBA in oil and gas management, and a long record of mentoring junior staff.
Academic fellow · University of Glasgow
Lecturer at the University of Glasgow and head of its meLab research group. She links members to postgraduate study, PhD research and the University’s spin-out ecosystem.
