Governance

A simple structure with real accountability.

The young executive runs the club; the board of fellows safeguards its direction. Each October the President and Vice President roles pass to the next emerging leaders for a one-year term; nobody is re-elected to the same role. (The 2025 Terms of Reference title these roles CEO and Vice CEO; the board is updating them.)
